Royal Artwork represents the artistic expression of Roy Allen Messina. He has cultivated his multifaceted craft in painting, carving, and sculpting for over 60 years.
In 1957, Roy began his artistic endeavor at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, where he met the love of his life – Marie. Since then, his capacity to create has expanded along side his everlasting love for her.
“Love is the spirit that motivates the artist’s journey. The love may be sublime, raw, obsessive, passionate, awful, or thrilling, but whatever its quality, it’s a powerful motive in the artist’s life.“

Roy’s art has appeared at the Middletown Art Center in New Jersey, and has been used in therapeutic settings using sound therapy.
